What Makes Us Different

Clinical assessment.
Protection.
Accountability.

MMPI-based psychological assessment, pre-placement medical screening, and national verification. One documented standard before a household professional joins your home, with support after placement.

See our full screening process

Psychological assessment, independently conducted

Candidates have been assessed at Manila Doctors Hospital since 2015, with MMPI-based assessment conducted by licensed clinical psychologists. It adds an independent clinical record before endorsement.

Why psychology matters

Identity, audited nationwide

Identity and records are checked through PNP-NPCS across all 18 regions and NBI biometric verification before candidate introduction.

Medical screening, independently documented

Pre-placement medical screening through Hi-Precision Diagnostics, documented before placement with confidentiality, role relevance, and respect for worker rights.

Fair pay, by design

Compensation should reflect the role, experience, responsibilities, and working arrangement. MaidProvider.ph publishes a current salary recommendation as a reference point, not a fixed amount for every placement.

Six-Month Protection Standard

Free replacement during Days 1–30. From Days 31–180, replacement is available with a ₱5,000 rescreening cost. Up to three replacements within the contractual protection window.

A track record you can read

We publish the record—the strong periods and the difficult ones—so families can verify what we say. Trust should not only be requested. It should be available to read.

The clinical difference

What psychological screening adds.

References and interviews describe experience. A psychological assessment adds standardized clinical information about personality and psychological functioning that can support placement judgment.

Candidates have been assessed at Manila Doctors Hospital since 2015 through MMPI-based assessment conducted by licensed clinical psychologists. It does not predict every outcome or replace human judgment. It adds another documented screening layer alongside identity, background, and medical screening before placement.

How We Work

Six standards.
Zero shortcuts.

From MMPI-based psychological assessment to national background verification, every standard is designed to support family safety and household-professional dignity.

Every household professional endorsed by MaidProvider.ph proceeds through the same documented framework before placement, with role-specific requirements applied where appropriate.

The Record Behind the Agency

MaidProvider.ph Reviews

In a crowded household-staffing market, finding a match is easy to promise. An agency proves its value when the first match does not hold.

Google shows 4.6★ from 1,154 reviews; Yelp shows 2.2★. We publish both because the point is not a perfect score, but what sits behind the fee: screening, written terms and someone accountable when a placement fails.

Public record · 29 August 2026: Google 4.6★ · Trustpilot 4.3★ · Facebook 98% recommend · May Trabaho 100% recommend · Yelp 2.2★ · ComplaintsBoard 83%.

What the Numbers Say

The Numbers Include the Bad News

Two views of the same public record: 84% across six family- and worker-facing channels, and a separate 4.03★ star-only cross-check. Neither is a customer-satisfaction score.

Public Record Index
84%
Six public channels, each counted once: family- and worker-facing, including the lowest-rated.
Star-Only Cross-Check
4.03★
Four star-equivalent channels averaged separately. Volumes differ; methodology also shows the result without ComplaintsBoard’s three-review set.

No single number describes a staffing agency. We therefore publish the inputs. May Trabaho is our worker-facing Page; we also publish the result without it.

Six inputs · ÷ 6 = 84% · Without May Trabaho: 81% · Record refreshed 29 August 2026 · See the full calculation

3,057 recorded ratings and recommendations: 1,215 star reviews and 1,842 Facebook recommendations. All platform figures shown here were checked or refreshed 29 August 2026.

What Recent Reviews Say

Replacement Is Real. Speed Varies.

Mixed reviews show the real service: who stays, how long recovery takes and whether the next candidate fits.

Trustpilot · 7 July 2026 · Verified

Four Days In. Then a Month to Recover.

A first placement ended after four days. The guarantee was honored, but replacement took about a month and several candidates still missed the brief.

The Skills Gap Was Real. So Was the After-Sales.

Several cooks overstated their skills. Marah stayed with the case, the client praised the response and said they would use the agency again.

2026 Review Pattern

The Open Question Is Speed.

One replacement took almost two months; another urgent case received options within 24 hours. The desk is active. Turnaround is not uniform.

Inspect the recent reviews →

Directional check: 18 May–July reviews — 10 positive, 5 mixed, 3 critical. Mostly Trustpilot; not representative of Google’s 1,154-review record.

August 2024 — our own record: Demand outran our systems. Messages went unanswered and some refunds took too long. The current after-sales standard should be read against that record.

What an Agency Is For

The Real Test Is What Happens Next

The harder work begins when the first match does not hold.

A first placement can fail. The value of an agency is clearest in what happens after it does.

If a placement fails, Client Care stays on the case. The selected plan sets the next search, protection period and replacement limit; replacement can take weeks. Terms are in writing before payment. Read the current service options →

Why use MaidProvider.ph if the reviews are mixed?
Because an agency cannot eliminate placement risk. It can define what happens next: screening, written terms and a named Client Care contact who stays on the case. Recent reviews also document delays and candidate-fit problems.
What happens if the first placement does not last?
Client Care opens the next search under the selected plan’s protection period and replacement limit. Terms are provided before payment.
Does MaidProvider.ph remove negative reviews?
MaidProvider.ph cannot directly edit or delete reviews on independent platforms; each platform controls its own moderation.
Is MaidProvider.ph licensed?
Yes. DOLE PEA License M-24-04-034. Verify independently at 1349 or (02) 8527-3000.
