The clinical difference

What psychological screening adds.

References and interviews describe experience. A psychological assessment adds standardized clinical information about personality and psychological functioning that can support placement judgment.

Candidates have been assessed at Manila Doctors Hospital since 2015 through MMPI-based assessment conducted by licensed clinical psychologists. It does not predict every outcome or replace human judgment. It adds another documented screening layer alongside identity, background, and medical screening before placement.

The Record Behind the Agency

MaidProvider.ph Reviews

Household staffing is a market built on promises. The useful question is what remains when one fails.

That is why we publish the record rather than a highlight reel. Google displays 4.6★ from 1,051 reviews; the same six-channel record includes Yelp at 2.2★. The point is not a perfect score. It is to show families what sits behind the fee: a licensed agency, named screening, written terms and a team that remains responsible when the first match does not hold. Snapshot 29 August 2026.

What the Numbers Say

The Numbers Include the Bad News

The 84% index counts all six public channels equally, including the lowest-rated. The 4.03★ cross-check uses only star-equivalent ratings. Two calculations, published side by side, so the record is harder to cherry-pick.

Equal-Weight Cross-Platform Score
84%
The broadest view: six public channels, each carrying the same weight—including the lowest-rated.
Star-Only Cross-Check
4.03★
The apples-to-apples check: four channels with star-equivalent ratings, kept separate from recommendation percentages.

Neither number is a promise. Together, they make the record harder to curate.

Six inputs · ÷ 6 = 84% · Snapshot 29 August 2026 · See the full calculation

2,954 public ratings and recommendations: 1,112 star reviews and 1,842 Facebook recommendations across two Pages · 1,051 Google reviews since 2015. Facebook and May Trabaho are recommendation percentages. May Trabaho is a MaidProvider.ph-operated Page.

Where the Value Shows Up

What an Agency Is For

A first match can work. It can also fail. The reason to use an agency is what exists around that uncertainty: screening before placement, written terms before payment and somebody responsible for what happens next. The reviews show whether that system holds under pressure.

August 2024

When Volume Outran Service

We accepted more requests than our systems could carry. Some messages went unanswered and some refunds took too long. That is part of the record, not a footnote to it.

August 2026

The System Improved. Friction Remains.

Recent reviews describe named coordinators who stayed with difficult cases and replacements that were completed. They also record waits of one to two months and skills that did not always match the brief. Better is not the same as flawless.

Positive
10 of 18

The Placement—or the Recovery—Worked

The match held, or the service around it gave the client a reason to praise the experience.

Mixed
5 of 18

The Service Worked, but Not Cleanly

The replacement came, but the wait was real. These are useful reviews because they show both the value of after-sales support and the cost of delay.

Critical
3 of 18

The Agency Fell Short

These three reviewers said the agency did not meet the standard. They remain in the sample for the same reason the positive reviews do: they are evidence.

Directional 2026 sample: 18 recent readable public reviews, mostly Trustpilot, from May–July 2026—not Google’s 1,051. Repeated themes: named staff (9) · replacement honored (6) · wait too long (4) · skills gap (4) · would use again (3).

The Reason to Use an Agency

The Real Test Is What Happens Next

Finding a candidate is the visible part of the service. The harder part begins when the first match is wrong, leaves early or simply does not last.

A first placement can fail at any agency. The value of the agency is clearest in what happens after it does.

When a placement fails, Client Care remains on the case, the next search is documented and the selected plan determines the protection period and replacement limit. Recent reviewers repeatedly name coordinators who stayed involved when the process became difficult. That does not make a replacement instant; it can take weeks. It does mean the household is not simply handed the problem back. The terms are provided in writing before payment. Read the current service options →

Why use MaidProvider.ph if the reviews are mixed?
Because the case for an agency is not zero risk. It is a documented process when risk becomes real: screening before placement, written terms before payment and a defined next step if the match fails. In the directional 2026 sample, mixed reviewers often said the replacement was honored, although delays remained a source of frustration.
What happens if the first placement does not last?
Client Care documents the next search under the protection period and replacement limit of the selected placement plan. The applicable terms are provided before payment.
Does MaidProvider.ph remove negative reviews?
MaidProvider.ph cannot directly edit or delete reviews on independent platforms. Each platform decides what remains under its own policies.
Is MaidProvider.ph licensed?
Yes. MaidProvider.ph currently operates under DOLE PEA License M-24-04-034. Call 1349 or (02) 8527-3000 to verify it independently.
