Dear Family,
Bringing a household professional into your home is not a transaction. It is a serious decision — and the most expensive hire is the one you have to do twice.
This is how we do it.
— The Human+ Standard™ at MaidProvider.ph
Six months of protection, clearly defined.
₱25,000
Intake, household assessment, Security Double-Lock™ screening, matching, supervised interviews, placement, and the Six-Month Protection Standard™ from her first working day. With 24/7 Human+ Care throughout.
Settlement happens only after you have met her — not before. It follows the decision, not the introduction.
DOLE-licensed PEA M-24-04-034 · Manila Doctors Hospital partner since 2015 · Returning families: ₱22,500
Pricing effective May 23, 2026. Final amount confirmed in writing at intake.
A serious decision, made together.
Five steps from first conversation to her first day. You decide first; settlement follows.
-
Intake
We confirm four things: place of work, live-in or live-out, role required, target start date.
-
Introducing the candidate
We send a full professional profile from the candidate herself: real first name, photo, age, region, complete work history, references, and a screening summary including confirmation of Manila Doctors Hospital psychological screening. A clear, dignified introduction.
-
Supervised video interview
We arrange the call on whichever channel suits you — Viber, WhatsApp, iMessage, FaceTime, or Zoom. A member of our team is on the call with both of you. You ask your questions; she asks hers. The interview is a conversation, not an inspection. Both of you are deciding whether this is right.
Some families prefer to meet in person. You may interview candidates at our Pasay hub at no cost. At-home introductions are also available — three candidates accompanied by a MaidProvider.ph representative, by arrangement, with transport at actual cost. The at-home introduction is ₱5,000, waived when a placement is made.
-
A mutual decision
If you both proceed — we send the Service Agreement. You review and sign, then settle the ₱25,000. Your engagement begins. The Six-Month Protection Standard™ begins on her first working day.
If the fit isn't right on either side — tell us. We keep matching. The candidate is free to decline as well; we honor that.
If you decide to pause or stop — that is your right at any point. Nothing has been paid; nothing is owed. -
Her first day
Written employment contract under the applicable Philippine labor framework — RA 10361 for kasambahay, RA 11965 for caregivers, Civil Code provisions for family drivers. Hi-Precision Diagnostics pre-employment medical clearance. Start-date logistics. She begins work in your home on the agreed date — and the Six-Month Protection Standard™ begins with her.
Typical matching timelines: up to 10 days for general kasambahay, helper, cook, laundress, and non-infant yaya in NCR. Up to 14 days for infant nanny, elderly care, family driver, household couples, and placements outside NCR. The ₱25,000 remains the same. The timeline reflects the work required.
"We earn the placement; we do not impose one." The Human+ Standard™
What happens after her first day.
Up to three replacements. Same screening. Six months of protection.
Free Replacement
If the placement is not working for either side within the first 30 days, replacement is provided at no cost, subject to the Service Agreement. The new candidate goes through the same Security Double-Lock™ screening.
Replacement at Rescreening Cost
Replacement remains available. No service fee applies. A ₱5,000 rescreening cost covers the Security Double-Lock™ screening and Hi-Precision Diagnostics medical clearance on the new candidate.
Up to Three Replacements
Maximum three replacements within the six-month protection window. The framework is designed to find the right long-term match.
48-Hour Rematch Response When something isn't working, tell us. We acknowledge and begin the rematch within 48 hours.
If we cannot replace her in the first 30 days.
The first 30 days are the window in which a misfit is most likely to surface — and the window in which we have the strongest commitment to replace her at no cost.
If we cannot present a replacement candidate matching your stated requirements within the first 30 days of her start date, you receive a refund equal to 75% of the net-of-VAT service fee, processed by bank transfer per your Service Agreement.
The rescreening cost, explained.
The ₱5,000 covers what it takes to run the full screening pipeline on a new candidate. Every replacement is a different human being going through the same standard:
- Security Double-Lock™ screening
- Manila Doctors Hospital — psychological screening (since 2015)
- NBI — biometric clearance
- PNP-NPCS — National Dual-Audit™ across 18 regions
- Hi-Precision Diagnostics — pre-employment medical clearance
- Document verification and reference checks, run again
- The team behind every placement — recruitment, HR, operations, client care
What this looks like in practice.
Predictable treatment at every stage.
"She wants to return home to her family."
Replacement provided under 30-day protection. No additional cost"Her personality does not match our family."
Replacement provided. ₱5,000 rescreening cost"Family emergency — she needs to return to her province."
Replacement provided. ₱5,000 rescreening costTwo windows close. The relationship continues.
The Six-Month Protection Standard™ ends on Day 180. So does the minimum term of her written employment contract under the applicable law. From that day forward, her continued employment is between her and your family — and we hope she stays for years. We earn the placement once. Whether she stays six months or sixteen years, the price is the same.
Returning Families are families who have already completed a placement with MaidProvider.ph and come back for a future hire — at ₱22,500.
"We earn the placement. We hope she stays." The Human+ Standard™

Before you choose, here is what most families want to know.
Do I have to pay before I meet the candidate?
No. After intake, we introduce you to a candidate we have personally vetted, and arrange a supervised video interview so both of you can decide whether the match is right. Settlement happens only when the placement is mutually agreed.
Is the ₱25,000 broken into parts?
No. It is one service fee, one invoice. ₱25,000 buys six months of protection — all of it.
What exactly does the ₱25,000 buy me?
Six months of protection. One service fee, one invoice. Intake, household assessment, Security Double-Lock™ screening, matching, supervised interviews, placement, and the Six-Month Protection Standard™ from her first working day — with 24/7 Human+ Care throughout.
Can I meet the candidate in person before deciding?
Yes — two options. At our Pasay hub, in-person interviews are at no cost, and you can meet as many candidates as you'd like. At-home introductions are also available — three candidates accompanied by a MaidProvider.ph representative, traveling together for everyone's safety. Transport is at actual cost. The at-home introduction is ₱5,000, waived when a placement is made.
What makes MaidProvider.ph different from informal referrals?
Informal placements (Facebook agents, barangay referrals) vary widely in price — most often lower — but typically come with no documented screening, no written contracts, and no protection if the placement fails. MaidProvider.ph is the institutional alternative — full Security Double-Lock™ screening, written contracts compliant with the applicable Philippine labor framework (RA 10361, RA 11965, or Civil Code), the Six-Month Protection Standard™, and a published transparent fee. The price reflects real institutional work.
What if a replacement cannot be completed?
Two situations. Before settlement: you walk away — nothing has been paid, nothing is owed. After settlement, in the first 30 days: if we cannot present a replacement candidate matching your stated requirements, you receive a refund equal to 75% of the net-of-VAT service fee, processed by bank transfer.
Why is there a ₱5,000 cost for replacements after Day 30?
The ₱5,000 is not a service fee. It is the rescreening cost — what it takes to run the full screening pipeline on a new candidate. That covers the Security Double-Lock™ screening (Manila Doctors Hospital, NBI, PNP-NPCS), plus Hi-Precision Diagnostics medical clearance, and the team behind every placement. No second placement fee applies. The ₱5,000 covers the rescreening work required for a new candidate.
How do I request a replacement under the Six-Month Protection Standard?
Contact MaidProvider.ph via Viber, WhatsApp, iMessage, FaceTime, or phone at 0918 807 8427. Tell us what is not working. We acknowledge and begin the rematch within 48 hours. Days 1–30 are free replacement. Days 31–180 carry the ₱5,000 rescreening cost. Up to three replacements within the six-month window.
When does the six-month protection start?
On the first day your household professional reports to work in your home. Through intake, profiles, supervised interviews, and start-date coordination, we are with you continuously — but the formal six-month clock begins on her first working day.
How many candidates will MaidProvider.ph present?
As many as needed for a successful match — typically two or three. We do not send volume; we present candidates we have personally vetted against your stated requirements. Most families place within the first few endorsements.
What if my circumstances change after settlement?
Your engagement converts to a service credit (valid per your Service Agreement) that can be used for a future placement. Before settlement, you can pause or walk away at any time — there is nothing to credit.
Four questions. One conversation. Then we begin.
When you are ready, we ask four questions at intake.
